In early June 2011, Android 3.1 came out to transform it. It had general usage and speed updates and added the ability to scale compatible widgets, added a large scrollbar to the browser and scrolled the screen of the currently open app, which allowed many apps to switch quickly.
On July 16, 2011, another live software update for the transformation was released. In addition to the updates for the connectivity modules of the device, the home screen has been changed, various applications have been updated, the auto-rotation function has been disabled when the tablet is anchored, and the Nvidia TegraZone market has been added with applications and games specific to Tegra 2 units.
On August 2, 2011, the transformer received updates for Android 3.2 and various minor changes. On August 23, 2011, the transformer received another update that added compatibility for the Netflix app.
